Giuseppina (Josephina)
This use to be my equine alt, but no one on furcadia gave her much attention, so she got boring...
Soooo, I revamped her into something as equally different.. A kangaroo.. Hybrid.. Thinger.. Yess.. Um. lol. She's my new character that I happen to RP in modern (or future) roleplay in furcadia. The setting being a post nuclear wasteland, which is interesting and fun.
Her general lineart and colouring was done rather rough, and the humvee is just some random pic I plucked off the internet and ran through a few filters, edited- changed the sky and added shadows, ect.
Anyway, this was all done in Photoshop 7.. I want a newer version
Buy *Cough*Download*Cough* photoshop CS2. 'Cause it's cool and stuff. Anyhow, I forget how I came across your gallery, or watched it, but your art is nice, so all is good. Mhm.
I find a lot of your work to be really beautiful -- but I notice one repetitive problem in each piece that at least personally takes something away from them.
That's the anatomy of the females and the way they are cut so hard at their abdomens. Unless they are taking steroids it just shouldn't be that way. A little muscle is nice, a toned stomach -- but rock hard chiseled abs like that on a feminine form just don't look right and really aren't sexy.
Just some advice from a careful observer. I don't claim to be a great artist -- I'm no where near your talent. But it is something that took away from each piece I viewed in your gallery -- even if only a little bit.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
